Default Do you see anything and a question for the lawyers among us.

Okay. This is supposed to be a video of the San Jose police beating a student:
Cops Probed After Cell Phone Video Shows Beating of Student - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News - FOXNews.com

The second one is the actual video. EDIT: the second link didnt work so go to the bottom of the story and follow the link.
I hear it in the video but there doesn't seem to be anything to see so you don't really know whats going down. You are suppose to be able to see the police beating and tasering this student without mercy and then hitting the student again after the handcuffs are on but I don't see a thing. How is this proof of anything? It seems rather weak evidence if it is evidence at all.

Secondly: the attorney for the student released this video to the News stations in San Jose. Isn't this a case of trying the police in the public arena instead of the courts? I mean isn't the attorney taking weak evidence that will not likely go anywhere and turning public opinion to his favor thereby polluting the jury pool?

Inquiring minds and all you know
