My answer to both questions is no.
There's too much judgment going on already.
I think we are all children and have much to learn.
If we can retain some humility, we may learn from each other.

I think many of you are confusing theism with religion. You can be a theist and not religious and you can be religious and an athiest. There are in fact a number of very religious athiests.
