So true Kelly. Even Obama is basically falling into line. BTW, I agree with the extreme intel both domestically and internationally by our people. With a ruthless opponent equally ruthless measures have to be taken.

I am a great admirer of Brezezinski's thought based on hearing many interviews and reading op eds. I haven't read the book.

i did not take the blame from anyone, but clinton is just as guilty as bush. there is plenty of blame to go around. also i agree we should have had him long, long ago.

The problem with the article you link to is that all of the sources cited in the article are unnamed. Also, the article appears on the PrisonPlanet.com website, operated by one Alex Jones, who you can read more about here:Alex Jones (radio host) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Not exactly what I would consider an independent voice.

On the other hand, the Anneberg School's Factcheck.org has this to say about the accuracy of the story you posted: http://www.factcheck.or/askfactcheck/did_bill_clinton_pass_up_a_chance_1.htm.

Cato is "very left leaning" nowadays? Good to now... it sounded rather Libertarian: privatizing healthcare, healthcare saving accounts, laissez-faire economics, against deficit spending.

One could start by looking at who signed the FY 2009 budget for a start... or do people believe that the current sitting president had access to a time machine allowing him to sign a budget months before getting elected?

Allowances should be made for the W loyalists. Defending the indefensible is a daunting task.

I hope you aren't referring to me. To call me a W loyalist would be like calling Obama Conservative.
And to my arch nemesis, I didn't read the link so I was not referring to the article in the least but only the state of the Cato Institute as I understand it.
