    Talking Thanks Pappy

It's not Thanksgiving in Canada, but it is Non-Confidence day in Parliament for the Official Opposition. Tuesday night the Prime Minister will be forced to ask th Governor General to disolve Parliament. Can you say Christmas election? So, it still feels like a holiday.

I really do appreciate the sentiment non-the-less, Pappy. Happy day to all with family and friends!

    Happy Thanksgiving!!

I just cooked dinner for 9 people and it is my first time ever cooking T-Giving dinner. First turkey and all. It was quite enjoyable. I cooked for my family and my girlfriends family. I figured I have been at college for 6 years, thought I would show them I am a little bit more mature now....hehe.

I cooked the turkey, bean casserole, stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and homemade cranberry sauce. I am pretty excited. Well I hope you all had an enjoyable day with good food also.

As an Englishman, I barely know anything about this but I hope you all have a good time, and sample some fine barley/hop beverages

In 1621, a year after the Pilgrims landed in Plymouth they held a feast to celebrate their surviving the first year, and to thank the Native Americans for their help. If the Native Americans had known what was coming they probably would have let them starve and freeze.
