Yes, Harry Potter did exist. Hermeiny, Ron, Dumbledorf and numerous others witnessed it. They put themselves in harms way just being around Harry. Why would they have put themselves at risk of persecution from Voltamort if he didn't exist? :w

And it gets even better. Even if we were able to get an access of some reliable sources of the taxation/census archives of those times in Britannicum, there surely would be some marks that a man named H.P. really existed ?
But hold your horses. Maybe we should have some patience and wait (some 100-1000 years) and let the people of those later days to find the Proof by themselves :)

Not necessarily. New research shows that space and time may decouple under extreme conditions like those at the beginning of the universe or perhaps under the shearing force of an ultra fast expansion. As I understand it much of this theory relies on the absence of the Higgs bosum field and most scientists belief we will find Higgs bosum particles within the next few years.

This is wrong. Atheist refers to someone who does not hold a belief in any gods. Not quite the same thing as declaiming that there are no gods. Atheism includes, but is not limited to agnosticism although the two terms are popularly disseminated.

Except that religious people are prone to certain failures that sceptics are not such as flying planes into building and lobbying the government on behalf of stone age morality, holding tax exempt status as well as stunting young minds with concepts like hellfire and unquestionable faith in unsound mythology. There are a lot of reasons to oppose religion. Once it has the same influence on society as UFOlogy and astrology, I'm sure no rational person will really care that much any more.

Where did you find the statement "that it is obvious to any thinking person that there is a God" I haven't been able to find it because that would be a contradiction with the bible which states "For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe".
I also don't believe it said "to presume that the only reasonable way the universe could exist is if God created it" I believe it says something to the effect There are 3 basic thoughts on how the universe began and if you rule out 1&2 You are left with 3 (I'm trying to keep this simple it's been another long day. Oh wait I know there is only 24 hours in a day it just had the perception of being longer.)

As to "faith based faith rather than anything fact-based" I like what it says in their statement of faith.

I will say you either have faith there is a God or you have faith there isn't. It has to be one way or the other since there is no proof.

As for your website the skeptics annotated bible, What bible are they using their own? Is it a phrase for phrase or word for word translation? What original manuscripts did they use for their source? Has any Christian convention or seminary accepted it's use? If you truly study the Word (not just a single version but multiple texts especially since our language is so bland compared to Hebrew, Greek, & Aramaic)and use what is known about History, culture, and geographic region. I would wager to say every thing they call "contradictions" would be validated as non-contradictive and be found true. I would love the chance to sit down and "test" every one their contradictions but since I do have a family to take care of and ministry to do I can honestly say I haven't the time. I did bookmark the site though and I will peck through them on occasion. Study skills always need sharpened and if I find something I can't debunk then I know a couple of Seminary Professors who will be more than happy to help.
