My wife is a whiz at making that stuff (she's Japanese), my whole family/neighborhood likes it, but alas....I am allergic. At least I'm not allergic to beer :-)

I like sushi. More of a fan of sashimi and nigiri sushi than rolled sushi. We're talking about doing home-rolled sushi, or some sort of iron chef theme for New Years.

I'm a big Sushi fan. I used to go to a place in Sacramento where the chef would go to San Francisco every morning and buy the fresh fish. Alas he has moved to the bay area. Now I go to a local place, but it's not as good.

Thanked: 4942Cool Larry. Thanks. I might end up testing the North Mountain Kityama 12K, but if I get the Shapton, it will be the Pro 12K. On the Sushi end, I like some rolls but way more a fan of the sashimi. Toro anyone??
