The "You 'da Man!" Thread (but WITH gender equality)

I thought it might be cool to have a thread where you can just shout out "You 'da Man!" to any forum member who you think deserves it. And yes, ladies can be 'da Man, too, I wouldn't want to exclude anyone.

I got this idea because of a wonderful PM I received earlier today, and also with consideration of ControlFreak's recent shout out to Lynn thread.

So, let's keep it simple. Just post up "_____________! You 'da Man!" and replace the blank with the person's name or handle or whatever. I would also suggest that this be a "Thank's free thread," but if you want to thank someone for whatever reason, please don't let me stop you. I propose this because... I don't know, for whatever reason it seems right to me.

So, I'll get things rolling, and please chime in as you like.
