    Default X's signature

Where else can I go to for advice, but among the gentlemen of SRP.

I've been using the same signature for many years now and I think it's time to change it up, but I don't know where to take it. I thought of a Shakespeare quote, but can't pick one. I like Socrates and Aristotle bytes but none seem appropriate.

    Suggestions are appreciated.

an exchange between the greatest philosophizers of all time

Ted: [whispering to Bill] Now what?
Bill: I dunno. Philosophize with him!
Ted: [clears his throat, to Socrates] "All we are is dust in the wind," dude.

[Socrates gives them a blank stare]

Bill: [scoops up a pile of dust from the basin before them and lets it run out of his hand]
    Dust.

    [he blows the remainder away]
    Bill: Wind.

    Ted: [points at Socrates] Dude.
    [Socrates gasps]

This one from Socrates seems to fit you

I don't think its appropriate for a signature, but this is my favorite exchange out of Shakespeare:

CONSTABLE OF FRANCE: "I know him to be valiant." (referring to the DAUPHIN)

DUKE OF ORLEANS: "I was told that by one that knows him better than you."

    52
    CONSTABLE OF FRANCE: "What’s he?"

DUKE OF ORLEANS: "Marry, he told me so himself; and he said he cared not who knew it."

    Here's a couple that I like:

Erst das Fressen und dan die Moral, (First food then Morals) Berthold Brecht.

Sunt pueri pueri, pueri puerilia tractant (boys will be boys)
