Thanked: 2209Need help with burning a DVD...
Help! My new computer will not burn a DVD.
I am using Windows Media Player and burning to a DVD disk. It appears to Burn the file but when I go to play it I receive the error message that the DVD is corrupt or an invalid file format.
Any suggestions?Randolph Tuttle, a SRP Mentor for residents of Minnesota & western Wisconsin

Thanked: 1Buy Nero, Media Player sucks for burning.
That being said, are you trying to play them in the same DVD player you burned them in? That being said, A lot depends on the DVD you use, +R or -R. Some players like on, other's like a different kind.

Thanked: 2209I am using DVD +R blank. I use one drive as the writer and the second as a ROM. I will try some other packages for burning.
