    I have dealt with patients with this disorder and it can be heart breaking to hear them. There is also no known treatment that is great. Especially for those who have no anatomic abnormality that can be identified.
    This is a disease waiting for a Nobel prize. Hopefully some neurologist or neurosurgeon will figure it out for all those who suffer.
