    One more hour till dinner here,,,

    The wifey being 1/2 Irish does it right too, I know I have Shepard's Pie made with Lamb, and Corned Beef and Cabbage, I would bet on homemade soda bread and I think I saw a few Guinness and some Harp chilling also..
    MMmmmmmm and a Buttermilk pie !!!! hungry yet?????
