Has anyone read the new US health care legislation?

Along with the addition of around 16,000 new IRS agents is the addition of brand new Remington 870 12 Gauge shotguns for the agents.

In this blog he states that the bill counts on billions of dollars in fines to help pay for the program.

i knew we were getting shafted on this deal...but really 16000 new agents and and tactical shotguns???? dont hire 16000 people and buy tactical shotguns thats money right there than could be used somewhere else.....
