    Opps, I got that wrong heheh...... I had read in a textbook(I thought) that Vit K was really just Potassium, apparently not so.

    I was told once a biology prof who convinced a rather gullible student that people had a "carrot gland" which stored eaten carrot, which is why you see carrot bits whenever you spew, even if you didn't eat them recently. supposedly the person believed it for some time, even though they couldn't find it in the book.

    Sherlock Holmes! In many libraries, you'll find his adventures on the Biographies shelves, his address on Baker St. gets hundreds of letters addressed to him and during WWII, the British government tried to draft him. Or so I've read.
