Congratulations....ahem...Sir. Remember, seek counsel from your NCO's when dealing with enlisted issues. Let your squad leaders run their squads, and platoon Sgt's run the platoon. Give them a mission and let them carry it out. Try not to micro manage, but, hold the NCO's responsible for accomplishing it whatever it is. Know your resources and how to best employ them. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Oh, and have fun dammit. Bless you for entering the service of our country. BTW, what branch?
