One year ago today...
One year ago today I became a member here at SRP. Even though over the last few months I have not been as active as I was at first I must say I throughly enjoy the yoyo's (I mean the fine people)and their conversations here. I want to say thank you to my Father in Law 2Sharp for setting me up with the necessities and initial training on shaving with straight razors. Also thank you to the members here and all their advice in all aspects of shaving with, maintaining and restoration of razors ( I began with 1 razor had 2 before the end of the first day and now have 30 + not to mention hones strops brushes mugs ect...).
Keep taking care of the newbies and keeping this a friendly place for answers and conversation.

Has it already been a year? It's good to see you're still using the skills you've learned and growing your stash of razors - do you have more pictures?

Congrats on the anniversary Kevin. It's good to hear stories like yours and to see that you have a father in law that cares enough about this stuff and you. Many more years of happy shaving to you.

As a newbie who just did his 8th straight razor shave today, I congratulate you on one year! It's inspiring to hear a story like yours as I work through the frustrations of learning proper technique!
Keep shaving and sharing and thank you!
