Congratulations to you and your wife on the birth of your son. The sleep deprivation is definitely worth it in the grand scheme of things.

The first time they cut you down with a witty joke is pretty good too. I was shaving in my tight whities a couple weeks ago, and my four year old daughter, who was watching Dora on the TV in my bedroom, looked over and chirped "Daddy, you don't look pretty in your panties. You need to put more clothes on." I nearly cut myself I was laughing so hard.

But seriously, congratulations! I have three now (two girls and the third a boy). And all the cliches are true - you don't know why you are here until you have kids. And the boys and girls are TOTALLY different. Enjoy your little man.
