As everyone has said God Bless You, the emotional energy that a job like that takes is incredible and hats off to you for doing what is surely Gods work. Although I have never been in the same situation my family was involved with foster care for a number of years and bringing those young kids into our house and welcoming them into our family only to let them go was incredably hard. Unfortunatly you don't even have the thrill of knowing those you lose are going back to their families. All that comes to mind is to remind you that your good work lets them go peacefully with the knowledge that you truely care for them. Never underestimate how much that means to them I know that when I am in that situation, hopefully a long time from now, it will mean alot to me to have someone there to listen and care.

    Nanna,
In that you feel thankful to have her in your life gives shows that God is indeed blessing you.
All of us are going through trials and tests in very disturbing times, that we can continue to reckognize and be thankful for our blessings, we pray.

We have truly been blessed the doctor gave her iv fluids and sent her home with the idea she would pass very soon. She has rallied back better then she was when she fell ill. Just goes to show that love and prayer can work miracles.

I would like to thank everyone for your kind words. I know I will happen again when only time will tell but I know how wonderful people can be.

I might ask for your hand in marriage but we are both already spoken for.

I hate the return of old threads, but I thought that I should update the greatly supportive people here. After five months of health my wife's client passed tonight. She went very peacefully at 6:15 pm pacific. Nanna cared for this woman for seven years and became very close to her friends, family and especially her. She is a saint of a woman for caring for these people, it never ceases to amaze me when she welcomes people into her little home with an open heart. I am truly blessed to know this woman and even more so having married her.

    Thank you Nanna,
    for everything.
