Thanked: 983It had to be done.
It had to be done. I clippered the goatee and moustache off yesterday, just to experience shaving the upper lip and chin area for the first time with a straight today. The shave was, all in all, a success considering I haven't shaved that part of my face for the last six years. A couple of very small nicks that I could hardly notice. However, I won't be doing it again, because now I look like a total dickhead without the facial hair. Even set my oldest daughter to laughing ("Daddy looks silly mummy") and my middle daughter to crying ("Stranger! Stranger!"). Thankfully the baby is to young to give a damn.

Hehe! PICS!
I grew a beard when I was living in Brissie (Eight Mile Plains) and it was far too hot..! It was quite a relief to shave it off TBH. This was pre-SRP as well, so I was still using an M3.

Thanked: 983Todays shave saw me 'colour by numbers'. I shaved right to the end of the tan line on my face. If it was white as snow, there I let it grow. I'm the proud owner of a brand new day old stubble goatee/moustache, which of course makes me look even more ridiculous at the moment. There will be NO PHOTO's. I wish to contain the embarassment. Jimbo is right...A tall Uncle Fester with marginally more head hair. All in all a good laugh for all but me...
We men of unique good looks needs retain some facial hair for the sake of dignity...Jimbo. I should have been deterred. I won't do it again. Promise.

I shaved my mustache off a few months ago, I hadn't seen my upper lip in 20 some odd years and the kids did not like it a bit,"Dad, you look like a perv!" Oh well it's growing back now.
