    Default Worst type of illness....

    Don't know about you guys but I'd rather get the cold or the flu before getting food poisoning. This is the first time I've been out of bed in about 36 hours if you don't count horrible vomiting and the diarrhea....some times at the same time. It was like squeezing a sausage in the middle. What's worse is that it effected most of the family since we all went to the same restaurant.

    What kind of food was it? Shellfish? Food poisening is NOT fun. I'm sorry to hear you got it. Hope you get well soon!

    oh my, not shellfish...that sounds worse than the Mexican I consumed.

    Sorry to hear about your illness as food poisoning can be a serious problem, but your sausage description made me giggle ive had stomach illness b4 when its exited top n bottom so i know how much of a challenge it can be, glad to hear ur getting better though.

    I found out 1st hand how bad that can be some years ago, almost killed me, I thought it just felt that way, but after one of the worst weeks of my life, I was told different, and believe me, that new got my attention!!
    But, when its over, you see colors more vividly, and smell the what cooking in the Wok more appreciativly!!

    When I first moved to Thailand I got a bout of food poisoning about once every three months. But now my stomach can handle almost anything except my school canteen. Now I only get food poisoning about once a year.
