I love ceviche!
The recipe I described is called "Ota Ika" here.
BTW, we are in the southern hemisphere "cyclone belt"
here. We get 7-9 cyclones (hurricanes) in this region
each year. They don't always "hit" us here in Tonga,
but we do keep an eye out from November-April. That's
the "season" here.
Cheers,
Paul

Brownies that melt.
Beans dipped in dark.

Anzac biscuits, flapjack, oat and raisin cookies or anything else with oats in. Key lime pie, 80% dark chocolate, peanut butter on crackers, taramasalata on crusty bread.
Hungry now! :D
Jellybelly jelly beans, I buy them at SAMs club by the 3lb containers and snack on them constantly while reading a book or watching TV. In fact I had to get a gym membership (and :shudder: use it) just to keep the extra weight off. Also chips of just about any kind are always good.
I love dough balls in garlic oil, they are awesome beyond belief
cheezy puffs
I love chocolate, but I have a slight alergy to it and suffer violent migraines so it aint always worth it...... But I do occasionally still indulge.
little pickled onions from a jar
