New Fall Lineup
Howdy all,
So it being almost the middle of September I'm beginning to see previews for the new fall lineup.
Some of the shows look really good and I also can't wait to see the new seasons of some current shows.
Now I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Is there any show in particular any of you are looking forward to?Shaving_story on Instagram

On the regular networks only Bones, NCIS & The Good Wife. Otherwise I am a USA and TNT fan, The Burn Notice, White Collar, Rizzoli & Isles, Royal Pains & The Closer....all just closed out their seasons and coming back in January for their next run.

Thanked: 240Sons of Anarchy on FX just started back up for it's third season, one of the best shows on TV IMO. Also Boardwalk Empire on HBO looks like it might have potential, on network television I cannot wait for the new seasons of The Office and 30 Rock and maybe community a little I do like Chevy Chase.

I find it interesting that there are at least two shos coming on that are or at least appear to be, revivals of older series. It will be interesting to see how they compare.

Came across my old thread.
Thought id ask if anyone thinks the shows they were looking forward to have lived up to the hype, or were they just duds?Shaving_story on Instagram

I'm a total House addict. That really is a great show..!
I also got into Prison Break, Alias, Ugly Betty, Friends (back in the day!), Ashes to Ashes and Life on Mars.
My stand outs would be Ashes to Ashes, House and Life on Mars. Ashes to Ashes and Life on Mars really were stellar. Philip Glenister was brilliant in every single episode and House is really great as well.

I watch Castle and the recently released No Ordinary Family ( so far so good.. this last episode was a little predictable though). Other than that the only other series I actual was watching was True Blood but that runs over the summer.

The Walking Dead premieres on AMC on Halloween night. It's based off a comic book of the same name that is essentially a zombie epic that has no end. As someone who has faithfully read the comic for years, this show is going to be amazing. It's being directed by Frank Darabonte (director of The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, etc) and the music is by Bear Mcreary (he did the sountrack for the new Battlestar Galactica, which is also amazing). Most of the actors in it are not familiar faces (though, there are a few), which is great. The best part is that television is the appropriate medium to do stories from comic books and graphic novels in (sequential storytelling that is done in "issues").
Anyways, it's going to be a great show. Here's the trailer for it:
