    Ditto. I told my wife about this, and about the memorial thread for Nickelking.
    She has conceded that this goes way beyond general internet social networks where people just talk and socialize.

    Double and Triple Ditto, The wife thinks we are a pretty weird bunch but concedes that we are a bunch of weird "Gentlemen"...

    i dont really know if there are words to tell how awesome of a thing this is. i love this forum and the people here are just...well above the normal people status they are amazing, and true gentlemen...all of them. i just wish i knew them as more than forum members, i have never made it to any of the gatherings cause i was usally deployed during the ones that were happening near me but still you guys are sooooo awesome

    I have had the pleasure of meeting several members of this community on 2 occasions. I am also familiar with some of the units that are based out of Ft. Campbell and have a very old freind who is also based there who is also deployed most of the year.
    If you are going to be in the NYC area, give me a heads up and we'll put together a little meet and greet for you.
