Jordan Anomaly?
I was just wondering how many people there are named Jordan on this forum. My name is Jordan, and I didn't think it was such a popular name, but I have been seeing Jordans pop up all over the place. I think there may be something going on with the name Jordan and straight razors.
You can all tell me I'm crazy now.

Not me, but my name is also Semitic in origins. It's the Slavic version of Elijah. Hardcore Old Testament stuff lol. I prefer old-school Greek names like Philip, Sebastian, Alexander, Theodore (that one actually predates the Greeks) etc.

My name is NOT Jordan but my neice is named Jordan.
However, i too have a name that comes from hebrew, had to do a paper in highschool on the origin of my name. Seems Jimmy comes from James which actually is derived from Jacob. Go figure.

No, I'm actually from down your way, Wyoming County. I grew up in Mullens and went to Wyoming East H.S. Lived in the same house all my life till I came up to Morgantown. I love it up here, it feels like a big city to me, but I grew up in a town without a single stoplight, so most places would seem like the "city" to me...lol. I do miss being able to ride dirtbikes on all the old logging trails though.
