    Default End of the World A-Comin'...

    For those of us who are familiar with Harold Camping, you know he's predicting a rather significant event for May 2011:

    Given what little time we have left, I'm thinking about how I should spend my remaining days...

    I've always believed that once our visitors got a really good look at this place (remember the Project Blue Book days?), they quickly realized there were better things they could do with their time. Hence, we don't see much of them anymore

    A little bit off topic, but back in 1993 there was some crackpot in Australia who predicted the end of the world to happen in that year. That time just happened to fall right in the middle of my math class (I hate math). To celebrate the possible end of all math classes for ever we had a countdown in the middle of class. The teacher wasn't in on this.
    When the world didn't end we all got detention.

    They must be breeding then, because there are a damn sight more crackpots in Australia these days than the one you mentioned!
