    Default Jack LaLanne RIP

Passed away on Sunday afternoon at 96. I always greatly admired Jack LaLanne and his example is an inspiration to me. Here is the obit in the Times.

The father of modern fitness, we should all work out today in his honor.

I remember watching his show when I was a small kid and giving my parents plenty to chuckle at when I tried to mimic him. It usually involved an exercise with a chair that inevitably fell over on me!

RIP. The guy was a true inspiration and lived his dream forever.

I also use to watch his TV show as a kid.

What an amazing run he had.

Although I'm in my thirties, I remember Jack LaLanne since I was a boy. He lived a great and bountiful life. I admired him and will continue to do so still. What a great guy. RIP
