Default Congratulations Lynn! SRP: 1 in 86,000.

Can't sleep. Let's crunch some numbers:

According to Lynn, SRP has almost 30,000 members.

    World population as of 1/25/11 = 6,896,000,000.[1]

    51% are men = 3,516,960,000.[2]

Of those, 73% are old enough to shave = 2,567,380,800.[3]

World males old enough to shave who are members of SRP (before "X factor") = 1 in 85,579.

    1 in 85,579 multiplied by the "X factor" = 1 in 86,000.[4]

Congratulations Lynn, here's to another great decade!

#1 on all 'O that!! It's been a great experience for me, going on quite a while for me now. I've learned so much, and know now exactly what to do with that 1st Zeepk razor I bought, yes, that's right, me too.

Default How many total straight edge shavers are there?

I'm interested in statistics. How many straight edge shavers do we estimate are active (at least 1x week) in the U.S.? The world? Greater than membership in SRP, I guess?!? Or maybe not? Any ideas?

Does anybody remember the member numbers in 2008 ? Was it about 8000 odd?
30000 is almost like exponential growth. Awesome !!!
