Thread: ferrets , who knew?

Funny story (to me, at least). Years ago, when Evil Dead first came out on videotape (check wikipedia to find out what that is), my friend Jim invited me over to watch it. Do you remember the scene where the hag is trapped in the basement? She finally punches her fist through the floor. At that precise moment, Jim's ferret Roxy decided to take a little nibble on my ankle. YIKES YOWIE HOLY **** WHAT WAS THAT?) My leg flew up and poor Roxy flew across the room to the other sofa, unharmed. We had to stop the tape, we were laughing so hard.

Great story and still a fantastic movie.

I was just reading that people still use ferrets to hunt rabbits, how cool is that ?
why don't they just catch the little hoppy and run off with it?
wonder how I could train them to fetch my rhum?
