    Terry,
I agree. I need a fish fry now! It's a Wisconsin staple, however, it's bratwurst season now.

Yeah those brats put up a hell of a fight, don't they?

A bad day fishing beats a good day working.

I'll tell you something that fun to fish after.
They get big. They put up a good fight.
After the battle you simply release the
fish. For bait, add a little water to a
peanut butter sandwich and work into
a doughball. You may add a little vanilla
extract. What fish am I talking about?
    The humble ole carp.

Now many or most of you will probably
think that I am a nut case. But catching
    these things is just fun.

Actually, after a few brats, with the right mixture of beer, they can put up a good fight the next day!

Terry, I fully agree with you. Makes for some great night-fishing. Cast out a dough ball, set up your pole with a can alarm and talk about everything!

    Fred,

I always lay a rock on the handle of the pole. My Dad and
I use to fish for them a lot. He passed away a couple of
years ago at age 79. All good things come to an end I
    suppose.
