Hope everyone is safe.
We heard a loud bang and the entire house was shaking, I first thought the lightning had struck one of the neighbour houses.
It's just unreal to watch the pictures on TV, even though I'm one of those who have been waiting for this to happen.
A short time ago there was also reported about shooting at a political youth camp that might be connected to the bombing.
This is going to be a very sad day for Norway.Last edited by Zephyr; 07-22-2011 at 04:45 PM.

Sad and strange day in Norway today.
I was in Oslo just yesterday, glad I'm not there today.Last edited by Otto; 07-22-2011 at 05:09 PM.

Glad to see our norwegian members are safe and sound, and my thoughts are with you guys right now.
I grew up with this stuff going on and it's bullshit. apologies for the language but it's the only way to describe it. The best way to fight these people is to get on with your lives tomorrow like today didn't happen.

Thoughts and prayers go out to those in Norway.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Wow, the things I miss when I spend all day in the lab. This is the first I have heard of this situation. I am saddened to hear of it and glad for those who have checked in so far.
Please keep us informed, it seems like the news never follows up on stories like this unless things get worse.
Take care.
