Flooding in the North Eastern U.S.
I've been following the news reports of the recent flooding in NY and Pa due to the remnants of Irene, the second tropical weather system to hit the area in the past week or so. I am not effected by any of these major events but they are not too far away relatively speaking. I'm sure there are some of our SRP members being effected by this historic flooding. If you are in the area or know of people being effected by the events let us know. Our prayers are will everyone in these areas. I saw on the news last night that this one lady is going through her 5th flooding in here town over her time there and she finally had enough. Here are some links to our local paper with photos of the floods:

Hey, my thoughts and prayers go out to you all, also. My sister lives about 20 min away in Manville, NJ and was hit hard due to living along the Weston Canal. This isn't me in the pic, but it is a shot from days after hurricane Irene.. He's standing waist deep in the road out front with his canoe..
