    Call me Mr. Obvious but the British Barristers were defending the No response and Amercan Lawyers defended the affirmative. The verdict of a tainted American "jury" was yes, it was legal. Bloody Colonials!

    My understanding is that the founders knew it was "illegal". That's why John Hancock made his signature so big - it was a "middle finger" to the king.

    Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.
