As a casual fan, I respected Joe as an honest fighter who was a real boxing champion, even if the name he made for himself was by beating up other people. He was one of the few who ever decked Ali in the ring and was one of the greatest heavyweights, but George Foreman had his number (down goes frazier! down goes frazier!) I'm going to rewatch the Thrilla in Manilla today
