Its like, practically anyone can classify a document nearly instantly, but it takes months and a ton of signatures to declassify it. It all comes down to the "Good enough for government work" thing.

Haha, I hope you dont fly military hops... When I went Airborne, my father ridiculed me for volunteering to jump out of perfectly good planes... I had to remind him of the planes I was jumping out of... I'd rather jump than land! And if you ever get the pleasure of flying on a C-5 ... just know that when you land, that plane will be broken... like 99.9% of the time... Its crazy... everytime they land, something breaks!
Oh don't I know it...heck some of the forms I have signed lately refer back to the treason act and whatever else...none of the new laws have made it in to most of them yet, but a few of the really important documents seem to be pretty up to date. I am a part time civilian contractor on subcontracts mostly, and I refuse to work out of the country...so that saves me from flying any of the military transports (thank god lol) I usually get upgraded to first class on good old continental, but still, a plane is a plane and we were designed to fall and go splat...not fly...I HATE flying...still do it every week grrr...

Haha, I hear you... the key to not going splat is the bounce... if you bounce, you go splat! So if something happens and you fall, dont bounce!!! I had a friend who had a 100% parachute failure. He fell 1250ft and walked away... it was insane... I watched him hit... no bounce. Nothing but a few bruises and a pee stain lol
