    Default Jerry Lee Lewis

I just watched Jerry Lee Lewis perform on the Don Imus show a little while ago. He has a new album out and is singing some of his old songs plus a few new ones. Jerry is 89 years old and sounds as good as he did back then. It was so fantastic watching him perform it was unbelievable. The only thing that I missed was the upper body movement, I guess he has some arthritis. It made me think that I was a teenager again. Jeeez 89 and doing that plus remembering the words to the songs it was fantastic.

No he didn't set the piano on fire but that would have been cool if he did. Actually he didn't do a lot moving around like he used to, I kind of missed that but heck he is 71 years old. His voice sounded just like it did back then.

CORRECTION: My wife thought that she heard Don Imus say that he was 89. I believed her for some reason and then got to thinking about it and looked it up. He was 71 on Sept 29th.

I definitely love his music. He's one of the reasons I got into the oldies in the first place. On top of that, he's off his rockers. I don't like boring normal people lol.
