    Default woo hoo

    Well, I haven't been around much lately, but I've got a good excuse. Been wrapping up the last runup details for the wedding (October 14th, coming like a freight train) *and* I finally landed a new job. I'm leaving my programming job at eBay and starting a new job November 1st.

    Right now, my commute to eBay is 65 miles one way. I put 130 miles a day on the car and spend at least 4 hours a day just driving. My new job is a 30 min ride on the BART (local commuter train) and a block and a half walk in downtown san francisco.

    Woo hoo!

    So, long and the short, I'm a happy man (albeit soon to be a heavily stressed out man with a new wife and a new job)

    Perfect timing! Congratulations. Remember to enjoy the wedding, don't stress...but with several barrels of that wonderful Porter on tap, it shouldn't be a problem.
