I'd like to introduce you all to my daughter
Early yesterday morning just before 8am Bangkok time my wife and I welcomed our little daughter into the world. Her name is Bonnie Patcharanan Walker. At birth she weighed 2.9kg (she feels like she is a little heavier today) and she was 50cm long. Everyone who sees her says she looks like me, which is sure to piss off my father in-law.
So now my wife and I are looking forward to many sleepless nights and lots of happiness.

Congratulations. It takes a strong man to have a daughter. What you have to look forward to is when she turns sixteen plus or minus. You have that much time to get ready for it. When it comes, you will swear you still need more time to get ready so start now. My best advice is you must learn to talk with her by then.

Try to find enlightenment in each stage of her growth . for each of my boys i swear its the cutest but then another stage along then.. its , DAD please dont give me kisses your beard hurts my face!! ahh kids.Last edited by shayne; 12-20-2011 at 02:07 PM.

I think Mike's right. Teenagers tend to take a step down in the love-parent's department. So if you can have her worshiping the ground you walk on by the time she's 9, you might actually be having civil conversations when she's 16.
