Nah, the article was linked to off Fark. I don't remember what the focus was on Fark, but strangely it wasnt the guy driving around with the open razor to his face bit.

Really, I've only heard of one thing stupider than this while driving. It involved a man and a woman, and... well lets just say her mouth was involved... in making him happy. Then another car was involved... which caused her teeth to become involved... which caused a hospital to be involved.

I'm not 100% its true since I heard it second hand, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
