    Cool Putting all ADs on hold cause life just got real!!!

    So finally after 7 years of trying to rebuild my credit after RUINING it in college.....stupid kid! hahahaha.......I got approved for a Home Loan and am hitting the house hunt, well probably condo hunt! SWMBO and i have been talking about the MUST haves and she actually said before i could......"Yes i know you will need your own Shave Den!" Very excited at the prospect of owning!!!

    Be careful. Condo's can be real money losers and values are still going down in many areas of the country in general.

    VERY true although living in Chicago unless you are a millionaire a condo is one of the few options

    I can attest that condos aren't always great. We bought our condo in 07 right before we got married. We has grand plans for it, and the bottom fell out, both in our job market and the housing market. Now we're stuck in a tiny condo and we can't get out of it. Just be careful.

    Move down state! We have cookies AND milk. And I paid 180k for a built in 1998 2700 sq ft house on .25 acre with a 40x70 pole barn. the farther south you go the better it gets. Lol
