OK. How about someone hid under his truck, then tried to slice his achille's tendon to disable him during a mugging. Rich, his spidey-sense tingling, moved just as the would-be bandit made his cut, narrowly missing.

It's only fair I guess that I show you my scar now though. Repair after tibial plateau fracture. That's the bit the femur rests on..the lower part of the knee. Most knees are supposed to bend back and forth..mine was bent 80deg sideways. Ouch.
