    Default History time.

OK, tomorrow is the Ides of March.

So what notable event happened on this day and who were the players.

First person with the correct and complete answer will receive the applause from the audience.

    AND NO WIKI-I'LL KNOW!!!!

ok boys this is fresh from my classroom teachings from a few yrs back, The ides of march was origingaly a festitval held to honor the god mars it usually involved a military parade but in 44 bce (before common era) julious ceasar was stabbed 23 times (theres a bit of a debate as to the amont but none the less it was enough to kill him)by marcus brutus and gaius longinus and a large grop of 60 other conspirators that were fed up with his abuse of power.
