Well I'm nearly 54 I like to think physically I'm OK, I fit into the same size Levi jeans today I wore when I was 20 years old, 32 inch waist 32 inch inside leg 40 inch chest 11 stone 11 lbs I can peddle my mountain bike from my home town of Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff more than 25 miles on off road trails in less than 3 hours, the older I get the more and more I value my level of fitness and good health.

I need to try a pair of those - you need to try a pair oh Mephisto's. That's what I was wearing. I got them last minute before I headed over to Europe for a month long "mental health" break lol. You know tourists; they walk all freaking day... my dogs never bugged me once.
