    By a bit more body I assume you mean wider Oz or are you saying I need more muscles to pull it off.

    I don't want to put words in anyone's mouth and then quote them but I took it to mean you're getting a little thin on top.

    By the Way Oz What form of martial arts do you Practice and what level.
    I had a Coworker and friend that was a sense in Shorin-Ryu Shorinkan Karate, He was a 4th degree Black belt.

    Well... Jimmy hit the nail on the head Kinda thin Greg. LOL...

    I do a style of Jujutsu that has it's roots in Sosuishi-Ryu but has evolved quite a bit since it arrived downunder in the 50's. I think my first lesson was in '67.

    2nd dan since 1995. Ran my own school for about 13 years in Cooma NSW. & never bothered to do enough master classes to grade up. Now I'm back in Sydney I'm working on 3rd Dan but as Danny Glover said "Getting to old for this $h!t."

    Meh. You're not too old. Tanemura sensei is 60 or so, and he still makes firewood of people half his age and twice his size.
