    Mapleleaf-I was a big Adam Ant fan! In the early 80's, when I was in high school, was probably the low point of popular music, though New Wave and MTV started then, and of course "Video Killed the Radio Star" was, fittingly, the first song played on MTV. I never liked Whitesnake (Zeppelin wannabes), but Tawny Kitaen sprawled out on that Jag is burned into my memory!

    Here are my contributions:

    The Police were my favorite group in high school; the hot young thing tormenting my nights parking in the local peach orchards probably contributed to this.

    If there is one song which defines the 80s for me, this one is IT--I heard it in every arena I played in.
