+1 on pickled eggs...I lov'em with pickled onions and a bit of cheese,maybe some sliced pear or apple and a little tea or cider Mmmmm....swear I'm an American really.

Guys, you have this all wrong. You eat pickled egg -while- you drink. Not after. Same with the sauerkraut balls I make. Perhaps I should make them an send pictures...

Well then.....I guess this is a bad time to bring up Pickled onions,headcheese,scrapple,haggis,herring in sourcream and Gefilte fish...they float in jelly y'know.....fish jelly !
