Howdy Howdy :)
As a few have noticed I'm back on the forums a while. Had to take a break again because those darn hones where calling my name and when a $500 rock makes perfect sence on a negative budget... time to hide from it. So I took time off and got things under control again.
Sure wish things where better but only thing that got better was a steady part time job... Can't argue about thatI really like the job so I'm sticking with it.
Still using my older straights and couldn't be happierA thread on another forum I got back on a while ago started going on about straights and it dawned on me that I had not come over and said howdy in a while
So here I am again.
Getting a case of Stone Brewery Imperial Russian Stout home from work... talk about a top heavy ride. Ya I'm still riding my bike and my health is getting far better. My wife and Doc where posative I would be gone by now if I had not straightened my act out and got healthy. Something about haveing 269/185 BP got them both very uneasy with meAll my tests are in the normal range now and all is good

Welcome back DC. Keep well.

Just stuffed a Surly DT under it a few weeks ago. Sold off my coin collection that I was not interested in (still have my Seated Liberity stuff
) and that paid for the new bike. Took me many years to justify the expence but now that I ride 20+ miles a day and don't drive the car anymore... Ya couldn't talk myself out of it
Good to see familier faces

DC, it's great to see an old familiar face return to the fold. And it's even better to hear that you've made such strides towards your health. Keep the rubber side down, and the cranks turning over! I look forward to your always helpful and upbeat commentary in the threads.
He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.
