Oh thank you so much for sharing that, I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I surprised they didn't make him pay. Gov't admitting they are wrong

So he's criticizing the officer, and belittling him, for being diligent and correctly doing his job? Maybe the blame should fall on the city of Melbourne for unreasonable city ordinances. How about if that officer goes to this citizens place of work and criticizes his job performance?

Damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

P.S. - It is possible that the Parking Officer did not see this person at the rear of the vehicle. Gotta hand it to the officer though, 30 seconds is pretty good time in which to write a citation. Very efficient. The citizens are getting what they paid for: dedicated and efficient public servants. And the City was lenient; the guy did not have to pay the fine so no harm, no foul. Well, except for the sarcastic, snarky remarks directed at the officer. That was uncalled for.
