It's a Pasco/St. Lucie County thing. Believe me, nobody down here in Palm Beach Country would ever do something like that guy!

You mean POLK county, not Pasco. I live in Pasco, for the most part, it's God's waiting room with a spattering of middle aged refugees from New Yorker, New Jersey and Boston. Polk county on the other hand, is nothing but Meth Labs and child molesters.

I'm also from the western mountains of NC (Asheville), and still get up there all the time to camp and fish. When Florida transplants from up North move back "halfway" to the mountains of NC (and drive real estate prices through the roof!), the locals call them "half-backs." There are entire communities and regions up there where the locals, working class and poor many of them, have been driven out by this phenomenon.
