It has been said that "the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world". Actually it is the little screaming brat in the cradle that got the hand to rock it in the first place, and then there is the exponential factor, "if mama aint happy, nobody is happy". The wanton suffering continues to this day, Lord have mercy, will it ever end!?

I remember all too well, the foul stench, the masses of flies unchecked, I choke just thinking about it.
And then the little buggers took a page out of the feminist handbook and the diaper burnings began. I think this is what finally broke adult resistance, the mess, the oh so foul mess!Last edited by nun2sharp; 09-20-2012 at 07:26 PM.

Just a few weeks ago, down in Rockingham, south of Perth Western Australia. a cop pings a young mother for using a mobile phone whilst pushing a kid in a pusher along the foot path, the cop got done by internal investigation for being an over the top, then low an behold, a cop pinged a bloke driving a horse and carriage for the same thing, should have only been a caution as the bloke was not aware it was an offence, anything on a public road over here is regarded as a vehicle under the MV act. This cop said he had seen this bloke on the phone a couple of times when he was off duty and was waiting for an opportunity to pinch him.
Cheers

Give me a frickin' break! As a former Police Officer and a current Pediatric Intensive Care RN I can see the issue from both sides, but the law is not black and white, it is many shades of grey. This is why Police Officers are allowed discretion in these situations. I have a 3 year old son, and if he needs to go, I'm going to let him go. I'd rather have him pee on the side of the road (urine is sterile by the way) than listen to him scream with wet pants. This law is intended to discourage transients and drunks from whipping it out and pissing anywhere they please, not for a poor kid out with his parents out for a long day of shopping. This poor boy was just trying to do what he has been taught by not peeing in his pants. If you old farts can't understand that, then your might want to think back when your kids were small and had this same issue. How ticked off were you when your child couldn't hold it any longer and pissed in your car!

Oh, by the way, this is not a state law, but a city ordinance. There is no stat law against peeing in a public place. Think about it next time you are camping!
