NOW, if you had smacked yourself with a 24 ounce milled head framer, a MAN's hammer, that would be different.

I would compare my stiletto 15oz to a 28oz estwing, which I swung for years without incident but my elbow cant take the abuse anymore.

This hammer compound broke my index finger so bad it touched my pinky on the top of my hand and after a minor operation (plate and 5 screws) it is still wildly crooked LOL

I should have left that nail sticking out the extra half inch, my nail guns arent perfect at -20.

Ooooooooo Owie Eric . . . I take back everything I said about the 28ozr. You know how to hit the fingernail on the head. I have a few of those bent fingers too, but none that bad. At our age it's important to remember "Hit the nail, NOT the finger" . . . now repeat after me "Hit the nail, NOT the finger"

Now go soak your finger in a glass of Jameson and lick off what ever doesn't get absorbed.

I feel your pain, left handed builder, my right thumb is significantly wider. Great for predicting atmospheric change. Been wanting a Stiletto, but now not so sure.
