I have purchased several knives from Koki. He ships directly from Japan at a very reasonable rate ($7.00, yep you read it right). Amazingly, I usually get my knives within 2-3 business days! http://japanesechefsknife.com is the sister site for awesome kitchen knives.

I love those knives but for now it's all non affordable for me. Once I get some space that I can use as a workshop I'll get a knife kit and build my own. But untill then.....
